# How to Stop Live Activities on Apple Watch

With watchOS 11, Apple added the Live Activities feature to the Apple Watch. The feature - first introduced on the iPhone - helps you keep track of your deliveries, Uber, or even music playing on your Mac, iPhone, or Apple TV.

While most Apple Watch users seem to love this feature, I don’t, as it takes over my current watch face and complications. If you also don’t like the Apple Watch Live Activities feature, here’s how to turn it off.

## Turn off Apple Watch Live Activities feature

1\. Press the **Digital Crown** on your Apple watch to open the App Drawer and launch the **Settings** app.

2\. Tap to open the **Smart Stack** settings.

3\. Open the settings for **Live Activities** and turn off the toggle next to **Auto-launch Live Activities** option.
