It's that time of the year when your news feed and YouTube subscriptions will be filled with back to school guides. Normally, I don't pay attention to back to school guides as most of them suggest the same popular laptops which cost upwards of $1000. It feels like as if the writers have forgotten the financial conditions of students. That's why it was so refreshing to see the back to school laptop guide by YouTuber "Dave Lee" who has created a real back to school guide which will benefit most students.
In his video, Dave has listed laptops for all budgets thus allowing students to choose the laptop that they can afford. In his own words
Value is really important. Student loan is no joke. You want to keep these things as inexpensive as possible and you probably going to be looking at used or refurbished stuff for the best possible value.
In the video, Dave has mentioned some new stuff as well but according to him,
Often you are going to get the best value in older devices.
Well, you can check out his video linked below. I have also linked all the products mentioned in the video so you can easily find them on Amazon.
Here's the list of laptops mentioned by Dave Lee in his video.
Back to School Laptops If You Want a Mac
If you want a Mac, then the best option according to Dave is the entry-level MacBook Air which you can get for $999 as a back to school price. If you want something more powerful for coding or any other processor-intensive tasks then you should buy the entry-level MacBook Pro. These two are your only options.
Apart from these you can also check out Apple's refurb store to get better deals on refurb MacBooks.
