How to Install iOS 26 Developer Beta on Your iPhone

Apple has announced iOS 26 for iPhone at its WWDC 2025 event, and it’s bringing a complete redesign along with some cool features. If you cannot wait to enjoy these features on your iPhone, here's how you can install iOS 26 developer beta on your iPhone right now.

Before we begin, we must warn you that the new developer beta always has bugs. If it's your primary iPhone, we recommend waiting for the public beta. But, if you're going ahead, remember to create a backup, so that if anything goes wrong, you can always revert. Now, let's get on with the tutorial. 

1. Launch Safari on your iPhone and visit developer.apple.com.

2. Tap the menu button in the top-left corner and use the Account option to log in with your Apple ID.

Since I have already enrolled my account as a developer, I will use screenshots from an older article, which I wrote when I originally signed up for the account.

3. If you are signing in for the first time, you will get a splash screen. Tap on Continue to proceed.

4. Scroll down the document, check the confirmation box, and tap the Submit button.

5. Now, tap the Enroll Today button to register as a developer. You can now sign out.

Now, we can install the update. To do this: 

6. Launch the Settings app, open General settings, and tap on Software Update.

8. Tap on Beta Updates, select the iOS 26 Developer Beta, and go back.

You will notice that the new iOS 26 developer beta is ready to download.
